Support is there to help provide you answers to questions about the Django or Python frameworks and how to solve issues within your particular environments. It's likely we'll have a response within hours, possibly even minutes depending upon the complexity of the issue.

If you need code written, you'll that's really the job of a consulting agreement. We want to build a long term business relationship. The best way we know how to do that is by giving you timely, honest and expert support.
